To put Calabria: The last Train

The judgements about the past are heavy, the not much encouraging forecasts for the future. But Putting (regional operative Program) 2007-2013 is defined “the last chance” for the Calabria at the president's of the Region Agazio Loiero, which on the structural funds plays good part of the credibility of his government in office two years. Before programming the new structural funds, which probably after the widening of the Ue 2014 will not arrive any more to Calabria, the Dsr plays safe and leaves from a datum actually:  «Today the Calabria is in a highly compromised situation ». And the governor now comments:  «There é little trust of the Ue towards the Calabria, now there we must earn it ». But in what way?
