To put FESR Calabria:uno of the best … but in delay
It unwound, yesterday, to Brussels, in the seat of the D.G. Royal of the European Commission, the Negotiation meeting on PUTTING FESR 2007-2013, between the Region Calabria and the Services of the Commission.
The Calabrian Program has been tried between the best nevertheless for the approval it will be required the October end. The Calabrian Delegation guided by Assessor Regionale to the National and Community Programming deputy Mario Maiolo, was composed by the D.G. of the Department 3 National and Community Programming, Salvatore Orlando, by the colleagues, Laura Mancuso of the Department Cultura, Instruction, University , Technological Innovation, Alta Formazione, and Pietrantonio Isola, of the Department Public Works, Residential, Political Building of the house, Authority of basin, of the Manageresses of the Department 3, Paola Rizzo and Rosaria Amantea, and by the doctor Bianca Rende for the Assessorship to the National and Community Programming.
During the meeting the observations have been discussed to the Program formulated at the Services of the Commission and contained in Position Paper sent in last days to the Region for the start of the Negotiation. The Document leaves from an eulogy preamble for the unwound work, which so it recites: PUTTING Calabria 2007-2013, is certainly one of the best between those subordinates to the Commission for the strong and coherent drawing of tinged development to the strategy, built based on a closed and punctual analysis of the social - economic and territorial context, supported by a courageous reformatory intention of mark Enlightenment and based on the exploitation of the regional human resources.
Continuing, it individualises a series of points in several Aces on which it puts itself the necessity of a greater coordination between PUTTING, the National Programming and the Community regulation.
The Delegation of the Region Calabria, it has kept of receiving many formulated observations, and has supplied punctual explanations with regard to the complete programmatic choices, representing the territorial specificities and the development objectives to tinged them.
A particular point of the discussion has regarded the lack, in Calabria, of tools regolativo updated in many strategic sectors, with the risk feared by the Services of the Commission, that the development strategy it turns out to be bound to fail. To such a purpose the Calabrian representation has shared the timeliness of a greater impulse to the Regional legislative activity, affinchà © the already programmed interventions, be able to be utilmente going. To this phase of the run, the Region Calabria, in next days, will be able to improve the discussed contents of the Program and I shared on the grounds of the reached agreement. Subsequently PUTTING will be able to constitute approval object from the Commission for the October end. At the end of the meeting the Assessor has expressed satisfaction for the first check with the Commission for the Programming 2007-2013, which awards a prize to the work unwound in Calabria in these months, and above all, shows an attention diverged towards our Region
