2nd Step for the twinning to Act to Put between Calabria and Sardinia
There has been guided this morning, to Lamezia Terme, the second phase of the project of twinning “A.G.I.R.E. TO PUT” between the Region Calabria and the Region Sardinia. He is based on the “Local Development orientated to the Equal Timeliness: the application of the project of the beginning of equality and of not discrimination in the Supplemented Design”. Object of discussion of this first, three estimated meetings, the theme of “governance and participation”, the list of the Local authorities and of the socioeconomic Collaboration, agencies of development and the mechanism of the provincial laboratories. Our Region has picked the timeliness of the twinning to illustrate the run of the supplemented design, foreseen in TO PUT 2007-2013, and for the transfer on the territory of the knowledge and competences, in relation to the processes to be activated at different regional and provincial levels. To the meeting they have taken part the Assessor in the national and community Programming Mario Maiolo, the general Manager of the Department Salvatore Orlando, Nicoletta Minto of the Ministry of the Economic Development, Dhebora Mirabelli of the Ministry for the rights and Equal Opportu - nità. For the Region Sardinia, there were present Gianluca Cadeddu, Anna Pireddu, Gianluigi Matta and Stefania Aru. In opening of the works, Assessor Maiolo has underlined the importance of a new strategic run for the supplemented design, through a structure of moved and diffuse "governance". Maiolo one is, then, say satisfied about the cooperation between two Regions, within the bounds of the diffusion of the exchange of “best practices”, turned to reinforce strategic interventions for the development of the territories. Assessor Maiolo has, then, called attention of the present ones on the temporal and structural contingency between this second phase of the project of twinning TO ACT TO PUT and the start of the phase of supplemented design, with the signature, happened yesterday, of the agreement Protocol, between the Region and five Calabrian provinces, the Anci, the Uncem, and the League of the Autonomies.
