The National Operative Program (PON) “Certainty for the development – Objective Convergence” 2007-2013
The National Operative Program (PON) “Certainty for the development – Objective Convergence” 2007-2013 has been approved by the European Commission with decision in August 17 2007.
The Program financed with the European Bottom of Regional Development (FESR), is moved according to three intervention aces: – “Certainty for the economic freedom and of enterprise”, “Diffusion of the legality” and “Technical assistance“ – and it has as an objective “to guarantee the free and sure utilisation of the possibilities of development that the territory offers in terms of infrastructures, kind for the communication roads, coherently with the community ordering of returning the Europe and his most attractive regions for investments and occupation.”
The PON besides is coherent with the National Strategic Picture (QSN) 2007-2013 for what concerns the Priority 4 “social Inclusion and services for the quality of the life and the territorial attraction” and the Priority 8 “Competitiveness and attraction of the cities and of the urban systems”.
The PON Certainty for the development will be able to count, for the carrying out of the programmed interventions, on a financial allocation equal to 1.158.080.864 Euro, of whose 50 % coming from the European Bottom of Regional Development.
