THEN Renewable Energies and Energy Saving for regions Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sicily

I continue the description of the single operative programs of the programming 2007-2013 of interest for the Calabrian territory.

In accomplishment of how much expected with the QSN 2007-2013, the Regions of the Objective Convergence (Calabria, Campania, Puglia, Sicily) and in synergy with the interested national Administrations, they have elaborated the “Interregional Operative Program renewable Energies and energy saving”.

General objective of the Program is to appreciate the natural and socioeconomic potential of the area Convergence connected with the increase of the share of the produced renewable energy and with the energy saving.

The Authority of Management, responsible for the management and accomplishment of the Operative Program, is the Region Puglia.

Strategic Environmental evaluation (VAS) The Interregional Operative Program has been curbed to Strategic Environmental Evaluation in accordance with the Directive 2001/42/Council of Europe. The VAS process has accompanied the definition of the Program, with the elaboration of the Environmental Report and the unwinding of three consultations of the authorities had environmental competences and of the public. Giving retinue to the consultations, the Environmental Report has been modified in the light of the arrived observations and the Operative Program has been supplemented taking into account the results of the environmental evaluation. In succession it is possible to consult the final documents.

•  Measures for the monitoring of the environmental effects

The whole documentation relative to the preceding phases of the environmental evaluation and to the consultations is disposable on this site.  

1. First consultation for the definition of the course and of the level of detail of the information to be included in the Environmental Report (phase of scoping). 
2. Intermediate consultation on the first draught of Environmental Report: II Consultation Authority with environmental competences and I consultation of the public
3. Final consultation on the draught of Environmental Report: III Consultation Authority with environmental competences and II consultation of the public

For updating on the PO it is possible to be a reference to the authority of management in Puglia
