Urban Free zones: to the road the presentation of the projects.
The Circular has been published about the DPS emanated on June 26 2008 and bringing the contents and the formalities of presentation of the project proposals for the creation of the Urban Free Zones
The Urban Free Zones (ZFU) are areas between-communal of pre-established least dimension where defiscalizzazione programs concentrate for the creation of little and micro-enterprises. Priority objective of the ZFU é to favour the economic and social development of quarters and urban areas characterised by social, economic and occupational uneasiness, and with development potentiality inespresse.
The initiative is born at the French experience of Zones Franches's Urbaines pdf, thrown in 1996 and today it activates in more than 100 quarters.

- exemption from the taxes on the incomes for 5 years
- exemption from the Regional Tax on Business Activities

The detail of the indicators é established in the Deliberation 5/2008 approved at the Interdepartmental Committee for Economic Planning on January 30 and published in G.U. on June 6 2008 and in the departmental Circular emanated from the DPS the day on June 26 2008.
For the financing of the device, the financial law 2007 (L. 296/2006, art. 1 paragraph 340 and following) it institutes a Bottom for 50 million Euro for each one of 2008 and 2009.
