The European Union supplies support to the European small and medium-sized enterprises (small and medium-sized enterprises). The service é disposable in several shapes which subsidies, loans and, in some cases, guarantees. The contribution é disposable directly or through programs managed at national or regional level, like the structural funds of the European Union. The small and medium-sized enterprises can benefit besides by a series of measures of not financial assistance under shape of programs and services of assistance at the enterprises.

Waiting for the Enforceability of the National operative Programs and PUTTING Calabria, the small and medium-sized enterprises can value also the timeliness of entering directly some European programs.

It is about programs that certain lines are more accessible than those premises, with the only tie é represented at the nenessità of drafting and presenting the proposals in English language and the necessity , present time in many bans (call) of involving more national partners.

The programs are varied and they cover all the thematic areas. with this article we start from the Program picture for the Innovation and the Competitiveness (PIC).

I square the “Program for the Innovation and the Competitiveness ” (PIC) é an answer coherent and supplemented to the objectives of the renewed strategy of Lisbon for the growth and the occupation. For the period included between 2007 and 2013, the program it has about 3,6 milliard Euro.
As far as it regards the environmental and energy questions, the PIC includes:

a) the Program for the Innovation and the Entrepreneurship (PIOUS) aimed at the improvement of the conditions for the innovation, for example exchanges of the best practices between the Member states and initiatives to improve, to encourage and to promote the innovation in the enterprises. The program supports initiatives that favour the innovation inside specific sectors, the groupings, the alliances privately - public for the innovation and the application of a management of the innovation;
b) the Program of Support to the Politics TICK, to which they have been assigned about 728 million Euro. The program TICK é aimed to stimulate the new convergent markets for nets and electronic services, multimedia contents and digital technologies. He supports besides the modernisation of the services of the public sector that will increase the productiveness and will improve the services.
c) the program intelligent Energy for the Europe (EIE) to which they have been assigned about 727 million Euro. The program intelligent Energy for the Europe includes initiatives able to increase the question and the adoption of energy efficiency, to promote the renewable energy fountains and their diversification, nonchà © to stimulate the diversification of the fuels and the energy efficiency in the transport.
