The European Union wants to know from you how to reduce the administrative burdens
The European Commission has given the road to an action program for the reduction of the administrative burdens (2007-2012). In the foresight of the program it is the information that the enterprises of the UE are held to be communicated to the authorities or to private citizens: necessary information for the record, for a certification, in view of controls, to obtain a subsidy; forms to be compiled with statistical purposes; labels indicated the degree of energy efficiency; relations destined to the shareholders, and so on.
If you keep of not necessary information is forced to supply or think that the requested information might be broadcast in more efficient way, used this form to inform of us your suggestions. If the rules that give place to the problems are contained in more legislative acts, used preferably a form distinguished for each legislative act.
The Commission will examine all the received suggestions. Each three months she will draught a synthesis of such suggestions and will give a total answer. Your personal data are picked up only in all that necessary to deal with your observations.
