Approved by Brussels the National Strategic Picture
A plan that aims for the circuits of the knowledge, to the certainty but also to promote the groups of enterprises and to modernise the economy. Â

  There Are four the principal sectors individualised by the National Strategic Picture (QSN) 2007-13 approved definitively by the European Commission on July 13:
to develop the knowledge circuits to increase the way of life, the levels of certainty, the social integration  to promote the groups of enterprises, the services and the competition
to internationalise and to modernise the economy.
Through the QSN in next seven years a unitary programming, financed cioé will be carried out at national and community additional resources, for a total for 123 milliard Euro that include 28,8 milliards coming from the European Structural funds. The most prominent share of the total resources, 100 milliards, é Â booked for the development of the Midday.
The regions of the objective “Convergenzaâ“ (Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicily and Basilicata) are then the beneficiary principal ones of the Italian QSN. Objective “ regional Competitiveness and occupazioneâ” regards a heterogeneous group of regions, formed by some northern regions with a GDP per head higher than the middle UE and southern regions that do not return any more to the objective “Convergenzaâ“ but they have still a GDP per head remarkably inferior to the middle UE.
