The objective of this invitation consists in allowing subsidies to those projects that allow to the entrepreneurs UE emerging of learning nearby companies of more expert entrepreneurs in another Member state, with the purpose of facilitating the exchange of experiences and the nets creation.

The objective of the action Â é that of helping to improve the entrepreneurial spirit, the internationalisation and the micro competitiveness, small and medium-sized enterprises of recent installation as well as of potential new entrepreneurs in the UE. The activity looks after the persons who intend to institute an enterprise and, in smaller measure, the established entrepreneurs of recent one.

The invitation includes two State lotteries with two different types of activity :
I fight 1: European associations that promote the mobility of emergent entrepreneurs
I fight 2: coordination, support and creation of nets at European level you tie to the action cited in the State lottery 1.

Any public body can participate in the invitation or private organism can participate in this invitation to present proposals. Companies or active organisms are included in point of promotion of the entrepreneurial spirit or in point of transnational placing services, particularly:

* chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of the handicraft or analogous organisms
* organisations of helps for the enterprises and centres that the enterprises help in their start phase
* associations of enterprises and nets of support at the enterprises
* public bodies that offer support services to the enterprises
* centres of teaching and formation (public, private, sectorial, and so on) are activated by it in point of support to the enterprises
* organisations of placing in formation

The candidates must be established in a Member state of the UE.
