MSE: signed the ban for PIOUS Energy Efficiency
Aim and field of intervention
1. The present decree has emanated in accomplishment of the Strategic Action of Industrial Innovation, so as defined in the decree of adoption of the project of industrial innovation “energy Efficiency” cited in preamble, and it sets the conditions, the criteria and the formalities for the facilities concession in favour of programs aimed at the development of new typology of products and / or services, with elevated content of technological innovation and able to determine an impact on the economic system and on the die specifica.
2. The programs of which to the paragraph 1 they have to:
- to develop a new technology and / or to integrate existing technologies into multifunctional complex innovative systems and / or to develop completely new applicatory models, able to modify substantially the products / processes and their content of knowledge and added value, or develop the application in a new context of an existing technology or of his evolution, able to determine a significant change of the products / processes;
- to modify sensitively the technological state of the art, in the way of influencing the competitiveness at international level;
- to realise and to qualify a prototype of the product and / or innovative service that has industrial validity;
- to be proposed by a qualified collaboration, which foresees the significant small and medium-sized enterprises participation;
- to foresee formalities realised, financial and managerial, as well as a program of utilisation of the results, which should guarantee the full attainment of the objectives prefissati.3. The programs must property to object the development of products and / or innovative services in the technological areas in succession is indicated by you:

Characteristics of the programs
1. The programs must foresee activities of industrial research and of experimental development that conclude with the carrying out of an explicative prototype of the product or innovative service. In any case, the sum of the costs agevolabili relative to the experimental development must be a superior to 50 % of the total of the costs agevolabili.
