Ban for the requalification of the Calabrian historical centres
It is in publication course the public Ban for the selection of interventions relative to “Projects Supplemented for the requalification, recovery and exploitation of the Historical Centres of the Calabria” – Decides Interdepartmental Committee for Economic Planning 35/05 APQ “Books Urban Areas” and Interdepartmental Committee for Economic Planning Decides 3/06 APQ “Urban and Territorial Emergencies.
The preinformation documentation  é already disposable (the Documentation) the terms for the presentation of the projects will pass from the day of publication in the BURC foreseen in next days.
The ban, which uses different, public and European financial canals, has a perspective and a long breath. The objective, therefore, it will be that of tending to give an answer to the greatest number of projects that will be presented, knowing what we have made a strategic choice. To the present state the sum that has a financial departure picture on public bottoms  é of 35 million Euro, then there are the bottoms to Put usable based on that one that will be the admissibility of the projects.
The action of recovery of the historical centres represents one of the priorities of intervention to guide processes of requalification of the Calabrian urban system, as well as a timeliness of development based on one of the resources recognised as to high potential. Besides, it loves to itself to improve the endowment of the services aimed at the elevation of the quality of the life (services endowment for resident and potential tourists) and to the definition of new functional destinations of the immovable properties deserted public, according to a total plan of readjustment and attraction of new functions and activity .
