Sol d' Oro: Lazio, Sicily and Calabria the olive Regions winners
Rome – Sicily, Lazio and Calabria: the Regions are these winners to Sol from Gold, the international Competition dell�olio of olive vergine and extravergine organised within the bounds of Sol (international Hall of the oil of olive vergine and extravergine, www.veronafiere.it/sol) in program with 3 in April 7 in concomitance with Vinitaly and Enolitech, that itself  é concluded today to the Fair of Verona.
This assigned recognition:
- first classified in the category yielded light, the olive oil extravergine Five Necks, product with the Farm Five Neck in Clearly Gulfi (Ragusa);
- first classified in the category yielded I mediate, the oil extravergine of olive Obliged Piscoianni of the Farm Obliged Piscoianni in (Latin) Sonnino
- first classified in the category yielded intense the olive oil extravergine Valley Greek Nik of the Farms of Decayed (Cosenza)

To contendersi the edition 2008 of the golden Sol, 226 olive oils vergine and extravergine coming from 15 Italian Regions and from 6 foreign countries between which the Chile, that last year had ousted the Italy conquering the light fruity prize. It is remembered besides that the olive sector counts in our Country a property of further 230 million plants with 350 different variedness and uses more than 300 thousand enterprises, for value of the production that exceeds by now 2500 million Euro.
