The fundamental ingredient of the Truffle of Calabrian Point, the first homemade ice cream in Europe to have obtained the mark Igp, is the ice cream to the filbert. To give to the product the roundish shape, the ice cream is modeled by the hands, before obtaining a hemisphere.
As soon as this base was obtained in the centre there forms a court inside which it is filtered of the fused melting chocolate. With another hemisphere always modeled to hand, the base is covered and the obtained sphere goes on in a mix of sugar and cacao.
To Point it is about 20 ice-cream parlours that serve the true local homemade truffle, some of which export also their products in other regions.
Each one has his favourite ice-cream parlour, where he says the best truffle is eaten. Very cited are often that one of Ercole, that the best has been judged also an authoritative competition, and that one of Enrico, lightly outside the centre, but that it exports truffles in the whole Italy.

Guided the promotion of interventions of active politics (runs of training and of apprenticeship) and of assistance at the enterprises aside "Lavoro&Sviluppo4", the project been born by the agreement between the Ministry of the Work and of the Social Politics, the Ministry of the economic Development and the Presidency of the Council.
Objective of the intervention, that will be realised by Italy I Work in next three years from 2010 thanks to the economic resources put to disposition of the European social Bottom, it is that of favouring the formation of 6.000 not engaged subjects resident / domiciled in the Regions “Convergence / midday“ (Calabria, Campania, Puglia and Sicily), activating interventions of active politics (particularly I covered of training – also in geographic mobility – and of apprenticeship) and promoting, by means of incentives to the acceptance, the working insertion of the participants to the runs.
The total financial allocation of the intervention is 60 million Euro:
24 million Euro for the support of the carrying out of 6.000 estimated interventions of active politics (runs of training and of apprenticeship) by means of a so structured system of dowries and economic supports:
for the enterprises: 250 monthly Euro for the activity of tutoraggio (assistance and formation) it turns at the company held the beneficiary subject of the politics;
for the persons:
- monthly purse for 500 Euro by way of subsidy and for the repayment of the expenses tied to food, transport, etc. in the case in which the beneficiary subject of the intervention is involved in an intervention on the spot;
- monthly purse for 1.200 Euro by way of subsidy and repayment of the expenses for extraregional mobility, food, flat and transport if the beneficiary participates in an intervention in interregional mobility;
- monthly purse for 1.600 Euro returned to the beneficiary of an intervention in mobility Ue for the expenses tied to extranational mobility, food, flat and transport.
21 million Euro sottoforma of bonuses orientated to the acceptances assigned at the enterprises:
- 5.000 Euro for each acceptance to full indeterminate time;
- 3.750 Euro for each acceptance to partial indeterminate time (30 week hours);
- 3.000 Euro for each acceptance to partial indeterminate time (24 week hours);
- 3.500 Euro for each acceptance with apprenticeship contract.

Numerous is the timeliness of businesses that do not see the light because the aspiring entrepreneur does not manage to find on the market the necessary resources to put in practice the own intuition / invention.
The Group UniCredit, with the Territorial Committees UniCredit, and the Young Entrepreneurs of Italian Manufacturers' Association have organised then the initiative the Talent of the Ideas, thrown on December 18, to promote and to support the birth and the growth of new entrepreneurial realities. They will be individualised competed path on the Italian territory innovative, original and generating proposals of value, on which economic resources and services will be able to be transmitted at the circuits that interact with the entrepreneurial reference cloth. The initiative avails itself of the collaboration of the Foundation FinancIdea®, acting head to the Commercial University Luigi Bocconi of Milan, that will compete to value the presented entrepreneurial proposals.

To the Calabria 80 millions for projects of industrial research
Questions from February 10 2010, I enter and not over the hours 12.00 in April 9 2010.
It has been published on the G.U.R.I. No 16 in January 21 2010 the decree of the Ministry of education, of the University and of the Research (Miur) that promotes an invitation for the presentation of projects of industrial research, so as defined in the Axis I of the Program and the Action Interventions of support to the industrial research.
The sent proposals will have to foresee the development of industrial research, not preponderant activities of experimental development and connected activities of formation of seekers and / or technicians of research.
The invitation is a fruit of the unitary run of conducting and of governance I multilevel in point of research and development guided with the signature of the Protocol of Agreement between the Miur and the Regions of the Convergence and follow at the initials of the single Agreements of Program Picture (APQ).
The project ideas, in fact, will have to be developed in 9 priority and strategic fields / sectors of the Regions of the Convergence defined in the signature of the APQ and to be characterised by the strong reference to the use of qualified technologies I pervaded.
The resources committed to be worth on the PON R&C 2007-2013 (European Bottom of regional development and Bottom of Rotation) amount on the whole to 465 Million Euro, so subdivided:

They can present co-financing question the small and medium-sized enterprises, the artisan enterprises, the great enterprises, the consortiums and the co-operative societies, the centres of research and the scientific and technological parks.
Besides, all the admissible subjects (I excluded the scientific and technological parks) can present projects joined with the Universities, ENEA, the Asi and other organisms of research.
In order to develop the investments attraction in the Regions of the Convergence and to favour the competences integration, there where be necessary, can be foreseen an activity share out of the Region of the Objective Convergence for not superior sum to 25 % of the total cost of the project. The costs relative to the above-mentioned activities will be cofinanziati with additional resources to cargo of the Miur, equal to total 100 Million Euro, to be worth on the Bottom for the Facilities to the Research (DO). Such a peculiarity North / South wants to boost the action of osmosis described in the Program (Axis III).
In number not inferior to three, they can be equipped a projects plurality at a strategic program, the cosidetta “Constellation of projects” for the sectors / dies development. In this case the projects will be autonomous between them but they will have to foresee also synergistic objectives and of integration between the single interventions. For this type of interventions and in consideration of their size, agreement with the Intermediate Organism a priority will be able to be recognised in the access for Programs for the carrying out of productive investments, like the Axis II of the Program.
The collaboration of the small and medium-sized enterprises will be awarded – in quality of technological partners – the Great enterprises, there where the small and medium-sized enterprises participate in the activities of research (for at least 35 % of the costs estimated and kept admissible).

The Ministry of the Economic Development puts to disposition 55 million Euro to promote activity of innovation and research you realise at enterprises opening shot - up active in sectors of high and high - middle technology.
The projects must be aimed at the development of innovations of product and / or of process.
The ban is financed, in the measure for 35 million Euro, within the bounds of the Bottom for the Technological Innovation (FIT). Further resources equal to 20 million Euro, to be worth on the PON Research and Competitiveness 2007-2013, are destined to programs for which at least 75 % of the admissible expenses is supported by productive unities of the beneficiary subjects located on the territories of the regions of the objective Convergence (Campania, Calabria, Puglia, Sicily).

As well as the financing prize for the project winner, we have asked to a jury of well-known bloggers of individualising between all the proposals that here will reach that one that has the highest technological value and the most feasible perspectives. Practically, 12 million Euro, subdivided in different dies: olive, wine, citrus fruit and vegetable, zootechnic and others, there are destined to finance projects of industrial research and experimental development for the support to the question of innovation in the agroindustrial sector presented at enterprises with the obligatory participation of organisms of research. It piles up to 7,8 million Euro, instead, the endowment for the projects that there will be examined in the ban public laboratories of research that aims at consolidating and at supplementing the offer of the public centres of research and university departments that they make in the sector in Calabria.
